Jay is president of Atlassian, an award-winning enterprise software company that helps innovators everywhere plan, build, and launch great software. He is responsible for all revenue-generating activities of the company, customer success and retention, operations and marketing. Jay has more than 15 years of experience in the software industry. He began his career at Plumtree Software where he held a variety of senior marketing and sales roles, including overseeing that company’s expansion throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. Plumtree was acquired by BEA Systems in 2005, where Jay served as vice president of marketing until BEA was acquired by Oracle in 2008.
